No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters (volcanoes, earthquakes, etc.) or reasons beyond control.

⮞  Non-refundable Costs:

If cancellation occurs due to personal or business reasons and Sunrise Tours has already incurred non-refundable costs (e.g., flight or train tickets), these costs will be charged to you.

Tour and service prices are set in USD, but payments can be made in Euros or USD. The prices quoted per person are all-inclusive and always updated to offer the lowest price possible. Once your reservation is confirmed, the price is guaranteed not to change.

⮞ Please note: the Winter season for tourism in Egypt is typically between mid-October and April. During this time, temperatures are milder, making it comfortable for sightseeing in places like Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and along the Nile.

- The absolute peak periods are around the Christmas and New Year holidays (late December to early January) and during Easter. During these times, accommodations, cruises, and tours are often fully booked, and prices may be higher due to demand.
